TranslateWe live with two men (26 and 34) who both work full time and we are looking for a third roommate to replenish our 142 m2 house. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 large living room that can be split into two with a sliding door. A large bathroom, kitchen, storage room and study. As mentioned, we live 10 minutes away from Rotterdam Central Station, right across from the Eudokiaplein, where an Albert Hein, Aldi, Kruidvat etc. are also located. We are looking for a person of 25 – 30 years old, who is either almost finished with master's degree or is already working. An exchange student for non-permanent rent is also an option. The room itself is about 12 m2 in size, see the added photos. In principle, the room can be rented for one year, but with the option to extend the contract.
