DISTRICT – Waldeck
The house is located in Waldeck, a neighborhood surrounded by green areas, such as Meer en Bos and Landgoed (and golf course) Ockenburgh. The International School of The Hague (ISH) can be reached on foot. A stone's throw away is the Waldeck shopping center with a variety of shops and specialty shops. The apartment is within walking distance of the renovated Kijkduin where various shops, restaurants and beach bars can be found. The center of The Hague can be reached quickly by both bicycle and car. Thanks to the proximity of public transport (tram 2 and 3, bus 26), travelling in and around The Hague is easy and efficient.
LAYOUT
Closed entrance at street level with doorbells and mailboxes, then a closed porch with elevator or stairs to the second floor.
Second floor
Entrance of the apartment to the spacious hall that provides access to all rooms. Here is a spacious wardrobe, the meter cupboard, and access to the bathroom and a separate toilet with hand basin.
The very spacious, L-shaped living room with a view towards Kijkduin and Ockenburgh has a beautiful light and is equipped with an original fireplace with a freestanding electric heater. On either side of the sliding doors there are two built-in bookcases up to the ceiling.
The rear room is reached via the sliding doors. This room can be set up as a bedroom, home office or dining room and provides access to the balcony. The sunny and sheltered balcony, located on the southeast, is approx. 9 m2 and has a storage cupboard and an awning.
The modern kitchen is completely new and fully equipped. It has an induction hob with extractor hood, oven and microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Quooker. In addition, there is a spacious composite worktop with stainless steel sinks, sufficient storage space and (8) electrical connections. Both the ceiling lamp and the lighting on the side wall are dimmable. The kitchen also provides access to the balcony.
The other two spacious bedrooms are located at the front of the house. One bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. The beautiful, also new bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

ADVANCE HEATING COSTS
The tenant pays an advance of € 125.00 per month for block heating. This compensation is considered an advance. Periodically, preferably once a year, settlement will take place on the basis of the meter readings and the actual costs incurred. The tenant therefore only pays for what is used.
