The entrance to the building is at street level, where you will find the mailboxes and the intercom system. From here, a staircase leads up to the first floor, where the front door of the apartment is located.
Upon entering, you step into a hallway that provides access to the bright and spacious living area, which extends from the front of the property to the rear. Large windows on both sides ensure an abundance of natural light. The living space can be elegantly divided by beautiful ensuite sliding doors.
